We designed and launched a multi-channel experience for JCPenney’s wedding registry program. The new experience included innovative features for the time, such as group gifting and mobile scanning. By designing and considering all channels (web, tablet, mobile, in-store) simultaneously, we were able to provide a seamless experience whether at home, in the store, or on the go. I led the UX design of the native mobile application, alongside other UX designers who were each responsible for the alternate channels.
