This masterplan imagines a future Godiva store experience that fosters a deeper emotional connection with customers. Whether they are there to treat themselves or purchase a gift for someone else, this suite of experiences bakes storytelling into the selection process. A reactive chocolate case makes building a box of chocolates an educational and effortless exercise. A self-serve gifting station allows gifters to print custom box covers and inserts, adding a personal touch to a usually generic gift option. Reactive shelf displays "unbox" each box to reveal the chocolates and stories within. Once implemented, this store experience will both increase awareness and education around Godiva's products and also create loyal customers who repeatedly choose Godiva for their treating needs.
